Managing The RSVP's 10/28/2010
Managing RSVP's can be a grueling process, especially when wedding guests neglect to put their names on the RSVP. Yes, even though you clearly have a space for them to write in their names, they still forget! Now you are left with loads of RSVP's and no names to match them with. Eliminate the hassle of trying to figure out which response card belongs to which guest by pre-writing the guests' names on the reply card. Or you can choose to write a small number lightly in a concealed area on the back of the card. Keep a list of the numbers that coordinate with each guest so that you can easily track the RSVP's. Add Comment We invite you to visit our booth at the Who's Who In "I Do" Beauty Bridal Show on November 14th. Back in July, we blogged on the continuing trend of uniquely themed engagement photo shoots. Nichole Manning of Belle Amour Photography really captured this trend with Michelle and Jed's carnival themed engagement session and we just had to share the results with you. Shot in Carousel Gardens Amusement Park, the engagement sitting was a blast for both Nichole and the couple! From the breathtaking antique wooden carousel to exciting rides like bumper cars and mini roller coasters, Nichole took every available opportunity to capture Michelle and Jed having the time of their lives. Check out some of the amazing shots from Michelle and Jed's photo shoot. Engagements, weddings, maternity...there are always reasons to celebrate and you can count on Belle Amour Photography to capture those memories! A beautiful setting of sand, water, and seashell accents create the perfect ambiance for a beach themed wedding. Ivory and different shades of brown are of course your must have colors. Throw in hints of coral or pale blue to add a unique twist to your color palette! Personalized Water Bottles 10/04/2010
Personalized water bottles are the perfect choice for those outdoor summer weddings or for those weddings that go so late into the night that the guests will need water from all of that partying! There are many websites that sell these customized favors in various sizes and label designs. Try: www.beau-coup.com/personalized-bottled-water.htm www.myweddingfavors.com/wedding-water.html http://weddingshop.theknot.com/weddingwarehouse/homepage.aspx www.bottleyourbrand.com/custom-water While these websites do all of the work for you, the shipping costs can run very high because of the heavy weight of the water bottles. If you can't swing the high shipping costs or if you are a DIY kind of bride, you will be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to customize water bottles for your wedding. If you choose the DIY route, you are going to need water bottles with the labels removed and blank labels. I suggest ordering weatherproof labels from www.onlinelabels.com. They will withstand smudging when submerged in ice or water. Use Online Labels' Maestro Label Designer (trial always provided with a new order) to design your personalized labels. Then, simply print from your inkjet/laser printer and affix to the water bottles. Not sure how to design your label? Try using a monogram or the design from your invitations as a start. And don't forget to print test pages before the bulk print! | Inspiration BlogBookmark us to your favorites to keep posted on updates of the latest inspirational trends and events!
